Those are some nice setups. I can just imagine if I did something like that-I'd have to start waxing the inside of my trunk.

Kinda old pic but its pretty much 2 JL amps, 2 subs, 2 bottles and 1 optima with a black plywood base. Nothing fancy, just fast.

you can really get involved in these. Especially the really nice ones with fiberglass, and lights. how much does it cost to put one of these together, not counting the speakers, just the custom enclosures?

fiberglassing doesnt cost that much... especially if you do it yourself but doing something like a trunk takes alot of time... masking off the trunk and laying the fiberglass.

the most time consuming part of it is bondo work and painting it.

Looking at all of these nice setups, cant wait to get started on my trunk. Finishing my retro with JDM's is a must before I start anything else. Its about to get warm, gots to get my stereo system installed!

bl that is a very nice setup. Looks very clean. That woofer setup is what I like a nice flush fit.

I see Bazooka triangles in that last pic... (I have one that doesn't work...)
If anyone is looking for sub amps, I got some Bazooka EL-1500's...
Also have 12" 4 Ohm DVC drivers (Can't think of the model off the top of my head)
I got them on e-bay to fix and sell, got most all of them fixed, but never got any sold... I'll let forum members have them for my cost (not including time and parts) to get my money back...
