Hooking up amp to Bose wiring
I have a 91' LS Sedan. I took out the bose system, speakers and amp. I have my aftermarket deck hooked to my aftermarket speakers using the factory wiring. I want to add a sub so my question is how do I add an amp using the existing power wires for the bose amp. BTW, my amp is pioneer so I am not sure what each colour stands for. One more thing, I have a small wire that comes with the RCA cables from the deck. (2 RCA plugs and one wire). Not sure what that is for either. Thanks.

It would be better to run a new larger power cable from the battery to the Trunk. If you want the wiring diagram for the stock bose amp, it can be found here.
As for the Amp, there is usually a diagram of which wires are what.
