my alpine m bus changer volume is lower on one side

anyone know why this is? someone told me it had to do with the m bus changer not compatible with my alpine 7874 head unit and that a special conversion in the changer was needed.

is this true?

the volume is perfectly fine when I play it off the cd head unit, this only happens with the cd changer.

Hey guys

you guys know where I can get this acualp adapter? right now I have the changer connected to a alpine 7874 head unit. Do I connect the acualp adapter behind the headunit or do I use it behind the cd changer?

thanks
