dei sux with customer service. i was on hold for like 40 min. then got cut off. sheesh. from what i've been reading up on. looks like you need a new brain to handle the different commands. also, the pager uses FM frequencies so you'll need to mount the antena somwhere.

I dont care who you calkl CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX!!!! As for the antena, when I got my viper/dei installed they installed a small antenna on the inside of my winshield up near the tinted glass is or by the visor area on the driver side. Is about 3/4 lenghts of a straw, but no as thick.
