Car 1: 94 Acura Legend LS

no rem

The GPS unit i have doesnt have a REM connector for my amp, anyone know how i can hook it up wiht out the REM or an different way to run the rem?

Car 2: 1985 nissan sentra

you mean remote wire.( which tells the amp to turn on when the car/head unit is on). alright you know how there are two power wires going from your car to your head unit? yellow and red? well the red is the ignition lead, it is what tells your head unit to turn on when you turn the car on. you can tap into this same lead and run that to the remote wire input on your amp.
