Power Antenna Lead

Hey,

I have an amp and i am try to hook up the "remote on" part of the amp. I was told to hook it up to the "power antenna lead". I was wondering how i should do that?. I see that the blue power antenna wire comes out of the cd player then goes into a plastic cap then out to some where else in the car. Does anybody know where the wire could be going? My main question is how i am supposed to hook up the wire from the amp to power antenna lead?

I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL HEAD UNIT THAT CAME WITH THE CAR. I HAVE A AIWA CD PLAYER.

THANKS

RE:power antenna lead

Hey. I just bought a 90 Legend, and hooked my pioneer deck in my car. The blue wire is basically a small circuit within the stereo unit that activates amps, antennas, some changers, and whatever else. You can hook up the amp and the antenna at the same time to the blue wire. The blue wire coming of the head unit is a female with a jacket on the end. Using a male connector, hook the power antenna and the amp wires to the lead from the deck. This should work, and everything should be powered up.
NOTE: Keep in mind not to over load that blue wire with too many amps, you can burn out the internal circuit.
