running aftermarket amp for front speakers on premium bose system?

Hi, I have a 1992 Legend LS w/ the premium bose system. My rear 6x9's started getting dry rotted so I replaced them with some soundstreams. Now my front speakers are beginning to sound worse (probably in my head) But I already have some 6.5in Rockford fosgate components from my last car, and a 2 channel amp.

I was looking into using the signal coming out of the headunit (before it goes into the factory amp(How many watts is it?)) to run into the high level imputs on my aftermarket amp. Then either rewireing the front speakers from the amp, or splicing back into the harness (after it comes out of the bose amp). Would this Idea work?

What kind of sound would I get out of a set of Rockford Fosgate FanaticP Components with 50watts RMS running through them, while keeping the rear 6x9's with the bose amp running them.

Also, Can I acheive good clean sound for speakers using the high level imputs?

Can the factory wires (assuming I keep them and just bypass the Bose amp for the front speakers) Handle 50watts running through them?

Any imput would be appriciated, I posted this a week ago and got no responses. Thanks again, Tim

also, where should I mount the tweeters for my component speakers, and will I have any problems putting in the 6.5's up front? (I haven't removed my door panels yet, so don't know what to expect) Will they screw right in? Or will I need to make an adapter b/c the openings are larger?
