I've got a Pioneer Avic D3 and it's cool and all, but i don't really need the nav anymore nor do i take trips where i'd need the DVD player. Also, the map is way too bright at night..does it have a nighttime mode? My front speakers went out so for a quickie fix I installed a pair of Infinity Reference 2ohm speakers (6022i).
Anyways, I've got the stock radio sitting on my worktable and am considering putting it back in. For those who run a stock system with Infinity Speakers; are you satisfied with the sound? What would you do in my situation? |

it does have a night mode. while on the navi menu go to settings, map display options, then day/night display.. make sure its on night display that way when you turn your headlights on the screen will dim and the map will change to a different color so its not so bright...
