Simple question:Amp power wire

Ok this is a really simple question. WHERE DID YOU ALL RUN THE AMP POWER WIRE. So simple I hate posting to the board for an answer. Ok so I've installed systems in my last two cars 95Civic and 93Accord. So in both cars running the power wire for the amp was easy because there were enough holes already from the factory that were plugged so I just unplugged and ran the amp power wire to the battery. Now, I buy my amp kit and go to find a spot to run the amp power wire and nothing. I'm looking in the engine compartment on the firewall and nothing. I look under the driver dash and it's so pretty....but nothing. I realize I will have to drill but I need to know where to drill.

Simple answer: use the "search" feature before posting threads. The "search" feature is one of the best tools on this site. Usage of it will eliminate duplicitous posts over topics that have been covered before.

As you can see, this question comes up a lot. You don't have to drill at all. I hope things go well with your install.

Where did you run your wiring?

primary amp cable

Running a Power Wire

Firewall Wire
