A bit worse with Vista, but if the next version takes as long to put together we'll all be treating Vista just like we did XP, and Windows 2000 before that. FWIW I'm not trying to argue against the general position that Vista's not worth going for, I'm still using XP (and OS X, and Linux). |

I do run into problems on older PCs that were originally not meant to run vista- regardless of the B.S "vista capable" label or not. Example; Creative's subpar ability to create Vista drivers (though improved quite a bit...) I'm familiar with OSX and love its' design- but the lack of being able to cherry pick each individual hardware piece that goes into it at decent prices has always pushed me away from it. I would use it as a laptop for productivity work.
