Talking Follow the Nissan Z North American Rally

Hey everyone, just want to introduce myself. I'm Al and I'm working with Marketingworks, we recently teamed up with Nissan to help promote their upcoming 370Z and their Follow The Nissan Z North American Rally. You can visit FollowTheNissanZ.com to get more details on the rally, the dates, the locations. You should really go to it if you live anywhere near one of the stops. The Z is being driven throughout the U.S. to give the public an up close and personal look at it before it hits dealerships. So come on down and have some fun. Bring some friends, get a feel for it. Take as many pictures as you want, I highly you recommend you do. You'll then be able to upload them to the rally website for the entire world to see.

RALLY STATUS: Today the rally is stopping by Sterling McCall Nissan (12230 Southwest Frwy, Stafford, TX 77477) from 2PM -6PM. Tomorrow, the Z will stop by JOTECH in Dallas.

I think dude is intentionally showing us clips of the Z to persuade us to visit the event for ourselves... Funny, i'm thinking about purchasing a z32 for a project car... But I can't make up my mine which is better project, that or the s14... RB26DETT swap?

the s14. more DIY'ers and info. and the chassis is EXTREMELY easy to work with no matter what you want to do to the car.

as for the rally... i'll have to check out the site.. haven't yet.. but fkn sponsored suits never bring anything sides indy and nascar to Dallas.

we used to have F1 races in downtown Dallas, but the last one of those was like freakin 10 years ago.

i dont care about this being a legend forum but man you teamed up with nissan and took those crappy pictures!

First Why take the pictures there where the lighting is HORRIBLE!!!!! your flash also has a mind of its own and goes off when its useless and creates a hideous reflection and flattens then entire image. Then when you need light for the interior shot your flash is useless, well the one on your point and shoot would be as you would get funky shadows.

I'm pretty sure Marketingworks failed to notice your lack of skills when they hired you.

I got a better feel for the car by reading car and driver!

what he needs to do is take video of the car. not pictures. unless the pictures are freakin poster quality because the Z has a HUGE following and you need better camera angles than that to really stir stuff up. either way, you're not gonna get the same interest in it as when the body first changed over to the new style.

it's got some nice tweeks to the body, but you're gonna sell the car on performance more.

well.. the window profile is different, but yeah... he needs to really think artistically/designer on it.

Nissan disappoint me already because they built another Z without T-TOPS. I have a 90 z t-top and I love it in the summer time. Nissan please go back to the drawing board and put a T-TOP into a Z thank you.
