Yep me too about my crappy school english. May I correct you, Lee? Only if you´re interested. That means 'Danke' instaed of 'Danka'. Only append the letter 'e' instead of 'a'. That´s all. After then I´d say 'Bitte', right?
Man, I hope that someone can speak any words in my language during our meeting. I´m sure that I can´t understand ya all. I guess by 10%. The rest is too fast for me, haha . Hmm, that reminds me too about my last calls to Tyler or Mike D. That was the hell for me. The best talking I had was that with Hass. He spokes very slow to me and we have had a great call at that time. So I hope that I have always my vocabulary book at hand. -Mike

Danke for the correction, but that is a slang word for marijuana in the US if you say it Dan-Ke. Anyway, I will try and speak slowly for you, but once I have had a few drinks it will be dificult. We will make it work.

It´s Ok, Lee . Thanks about the Bump or BTT in your thread. Never mind when no one speak my language at our meeting. I have had much time to learn so I feel that the time gets tight (sp?) to learn more. I´m so excited. So I believe I will get no word out. I know that your speaking is like a turbo so I believe to say "Uuh Aaah Hmm..." It´s ok. I think it will work. I have time enough during my flight to learn some more, but I believe to sleep all the way -Mike

Exclamation From NOPIMAN....

2004 NOPI Nationals is only days away, if you haven’t already registered or purchased tickets, we advise you to do so in advance, this will save you a great deal of time on show day. Each year the NOPI Nationals continues to grow in both exhibitors and show contestants making things a bit more crowded and more difficult to maneuver. We want to provide you as much information as possible before you arrive at the Atlanta Motor Speedway in order to make your visit as enjoyable as absolutely possible.

First from our local Police, it is their wish for everyone to have a great time while visiting our area. Most of the Officers working have worked NOPI weekends in previous years and they know that the crowd is here for a good time but expect everyone to act responsible, wear your seatbelt, obey all traffic laws and they will not tolerate reckless behavior of any kind. Chief Partain of the Clayton County Police Department says our community has much to offer in the way of entertainment and hospitality. There will be many extra officers on duty to assist you in anything you may need and to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable visit. All that we ask in return is to observe and obey the law and refrain from engaging in activities that may jeopardize the safety and well being of others.

Friday, September 17th will start with vendor set up beginning at 8 AM. All cars that go into booths must be set up by 1PM. At 12 noon, show registration opens beside gate 12 and contestants will be allowed to enter and set up their show cars in their assigned parking area. There is no entertainment or other activities on Friday and only vendors and contestants will be allowed to enter for setup. Everyone entering must have their credential with their name printed and the release at the bottom signed, the release will be stubbed upon entry into the speedway.

Car haulers, tow vehicles and other support vehicles must be loaded and unloaded in the unpaved areas at each end of the speedway. Please move them to the trailer parking area, take a right after exiting the tunnel, a right at the first street and it is on your right. Please do not block any roadway.

Planet NOPI returns, this year with the best prices in NOPI history, if it’s not in stock at the show we will arrange the shipping for you. If you plan to get a deal, you’ve got to check out Planet NOPI.

Place your NOPI Sticker on your vehicle. These are in the goody bag that is for the registered contestant only. They can be picked up at the Media Center by presenting the RED numbered show credential. NOPI stickers break ties and you must have a NOPI Sticker on your car to be eligible for any BEST OF AWARDS.

Saturday morning the contestant and vendor gates open at 7 AM. New for 2004, at 10 AM we will convert the vendor entrance tunnel into a single lane entrance into the Green or Blue parking areas. This entrance is on Richard Petty Blvd., beside the East Turn Grandstands. One lane has to be kept open as an emergency exit but this should ease some of the traffic problems if those with Green and Blue parking will wait and enter via the service tunnel.

All other contestants will be directed to your parking area by the most direct route by our traffic controllers.

Pre Show Check List
Contestants and passengers must print your names on credentials and sign credentials.
Credentials numbered in red are for the registered contestant
Place contestant parking sticker outside on driver’s side windshield.
Place your NOPI Sticker on your vehicle. These are in the goody bag that is for the registered contestant only. They can be picked up at the Media Center by present ing the RED numbered show credential. NOPI stickers break ties and you must have a NOPI Sticker on your car to be eligible for any BEST OF AWARDS.
