Ok, well as many of you know people trying to start meets in California have had trouble bringing it all together. Santa Barbara is almost perfect for what we're lookin for. Beautiful weather (almost guarenteed). Great roads to show off our beautiful cars, and great parking lots to meet in. If anyone would like to help me organize this I am more than willing to scout out the best parking lot for what we need. By the way, its right in the middle of Cali so both north and south can meet somewhere in the middle. Let me know what you guys think.

This is how the norcal/socal meet started back in 2001 (I think it was). I had thought of SB, but we moved it up to SLO to be more central between the bay area and So. Cali.

As far as parking in SB, Leadbetter usually has pretty ample parking and of course there's SBCC right across the street.
