There are only 6 crossings so take your pick

Tappan Zee: Rediculously out of the way for both of us so not an option

GW ---- 80 to GW to Cross Bronx to Throgsneck to Cross Island to Southern State to Meadowbrook

Lincoln Tunnel ---- 24 to 78 to 95-N to Lincoln--cross town--midtown tunnel to LIE to Cross Island to Southern State to Meadowbrook

Holland Tunnel ---- 24 to 78 to Holland--cross town--Williamsburg bridge to BQE to LIE to Cross Island to Southern State to Meadowbrook

Geothals ---- 24 to 78 to 95-S to Geothals to 278 to Vzannos to Belt Pky to Southern State to Meadowbrook

Outerbridge: Rediculously out of the way for you (but really close for me) so not an option

If you do Holland or Geothals we can pick an easy place to meet on the NJ side for all NJ peoples and caravan over.

this parking lot would prolly be best to meet up. Then the tunnell is only a couple blocks from there.

Once you take the exit for the tunnel you make a right at the first traffic light--stay right. When you hit the park make a left and take that down till you do a little zig-zag and come to a T-section. make a right onto Marin and its the first big parking lot after the parking garage.

hey guys....you do realize you are mapping this all wrong past the throgs neck...you take throgs neck to clearview exp to Northern State to Meadowbrook.. Cross Island to Southern State is nuts...

Why is it crazy? According to both Mapquest and Google maps its 5 miles shorter from the Throgs neck to go the way I said. Unless there is local traffic lights or construction or heavy volume traffic or some such that you know of that we should steer clear of? I dont know the area that well so Im depending on maps and GPS directions.
