incomplete means i havnt finished them they need 4 bolts on each light 8 total and 2 brizels(shrouds) i think thats about it o and aiming too

go to the hardware store buy long bolts get the nuts for them. bolt them down and aim the headlights then you should be good well thats if you dont mind how they look. then after i just went blank i didnt know how to make shrouds but you can buy them off ebay then make them fit

i would be losing money if i sold it to you 300 shipped 55 will cover shipping i would only be making 245 thats the cost of just jdm headlights the projectors alone was 200

So the projectors aren't mounted yet the are just placed in the headlights? So the headlights aren't sealed?
