To those of you who have recently feel victim to the fraud of David Doan, also known under the following alias; daiquy, hien quach and several others. Please note, I am currently now spearheading an investigation to stop this criminal from further committing internet fraud against people like yourself (if you have fallen victim).

Please keep this thread clean (do not post unless you have direct information pertaining to this case or have fallen victim; information already posted will be collaborated in to following posts)

Although your making the transaction through paypal. You are NOT protected against fraud, if that user or seller has set up a fraudulent account. Paypal will claim in addition to yourself, that they are a victim of fraud, and therefore can not be liable for the transactions made. I have worked with police departments on fraud cases several times, in addition to the IFCCFBI. So be cautious if you have not seen the product.

Victims:
I ask that you follow several steps. First, file a claim with the method of payment you used, for many I know this will be paypal. Go to their resolution department and file your claim ASAP. Secondly, contact your local police department and file a case. Once you've done so, let them know you are not the only victim, and that you have further information pertaining to this person and his whereabouts. Next if you feel comfortable you may give them my contact information, that can be obtained through pming me. And I will speak with them. Also let them know other members and victims are working with their police departments as this could develop into a joint-task case. And lastly, go to ic3.gov . This is the FBI Fraud Crime Prevention reporting website. On one final note , please do not take police matters into your own hands, by going around them or alone. I hope to work with members from Acura-legend.com and other forums, to get this resolved swiftly and quickly. Thanks

As I had been stating. Paypal does not always reinburst you in the amount that was loss in the transaction. Thus me receiving this email just moments ago.

After further researching this seems to be a Interstate and Federal Crime. This Fraudulent person has defrauded over 10 people and probably more than that, on various other forums. Please, it is imperative that you file with ic3.gov and provide the above information that I've collaborated from various resources. Also, if you have found yourself or know someone who is a victim please contact me asap.

I think possibly along with our compiled information we should include the amount we had sent to him. This will give us an idea, or the authorities an idea, of what this person has been capable of.

I want this person CAUGHT. Would it be better for me to call Seattle police? I'm unsure as to what my local police department will be able to do for me.

Hey, I appreciate you checking out the thread. And thank you for furthering our information thread, by providing us with your info. In addition, I took into consideration what you said. And after further speaking with my police contact, he stated the FCC will be our next step to report this person to. Depending on the amount it totals up to then the local DA in the responding area of the suspect will respond and take up the case to the Federal jurisdiction. So please update me with a pm with the amount you were defrauded in.

In regards to contacting Seattle PD, I've already done that however they will just tell you to take it to your local police department. On the other hand if your local police department has a fraud investigation team then it would be highly beneficial to make contact with them.
