i just got off the phone with the hotel. i got a room booked for me.

just paid the registration fee through paypal.

the form will be in the mail tomorrow.

i cant wait guys!

is there an up-to-date list of who all has paid and is 100% for sure coming?

Check here for the "official" list. I know there are several people who have registered not on this list yet, but everyone listed is confirmed.

What exactly is the "fun run" scheduled for Sunday? I've secured a co-pilot but he has class Monday night at 6pm that I can't convince him to skip. I'm thinking of leaving very early Sunday morning(as a full day of travel is required for me to get home) and I'd like to better understand what I would miss.

Due to recent information from the Tennessee State Patrol we are trying to rework the fun run somewhere else. Basically it will be a long line of Legends running on curvy mountain roads. There will be video shot and plenty of picture stops. It also looks like the Fun Run will head north, so you could probably catch some of it and just head north when they get to the interstate.

The Drag Strip is $15. Due to low interest in the dyno I have to go back to them and get a new figure. They usually charge $100 for 5 pulls. I am going to see what they will charge for 3 pulls. We were going to rent the dyno for a few hours, but not enough people want to use it.

From this point on we will only accept email or faxed registration forms. You can still mail in your $, but we are under time constraints now. If you have registered within the last 3 days, and mailed in your registration form, please resubmit your form via fax or email.

Don't let them scare you off. Dozens of clubs run the skyway and the dragon. If you were gonna run the skyway I would join you as I'll be in the area, sorry no more Legend . Yeh, enforcement will be high that weekend, but the non patrolled raods aren't really suited to the Legend.
