Naaah. A collar would probably suffice. Heck, I might not even have that. Lee should be able to clarify here. Lee?

if i am able to get those days off, then i will register, and really want to get my sedan on the track with all the coupes! also, is ""Fun Run" - Cherohala Skyway" like a fun driving road? im guessin its sorta like the tail of the dragon?

You can wear anything you would like. Most of the people in this place will be wearing at least nice shorts and a polo type shirt. I have warned them that our group is very diverse. The term "Formal" is in more regard to a scheduled group dinner than the dress code. This is the only meal where every member is expected to attend.

Thanks Lee! So basically, "formal" means that our meals will come on plates, rather than wrapped in paper...

The Tail of the Dragon is a famous stretch of road that has something like 117 turns within like 7 miles or something. It's been made popular in recent years by motorcycle groups, car groups, and lately police groups! The speed limit is 30 and tickets are handed out for as little as 1 over from what I've been reading. There have been a lot of accidents, and the local law enforcement has finally stepped in and put a damper on most of the "fun" to be had there. It's still a great drive that I know I'll take at some point, but the Cherohala Skyway is almost as challenging, and much less policed so we should be able to stretch our legs a little more.
