Congrats Jen!!!!!! This will be awesome!!!!!

Guess I'll find out how the Aspen tows! I think we'll borrow the trailer from my dad so we can haul the Legend up there. No need to drive two cars and since I'll never last that many hours in the Legend...it's the best way for me to get there. There's no way my back will last an 8 hour drive, but we HAVE to go!!!!! Gives me a good excuse for showing Big Bertha (the Aspen) off too. White killer SUV hauling killer white Legend. Cool! Keeps the miles off the Ack too. We can get it back home still under 80,000 miles. LOL!

Hugs!
Kumi

was there a reasonn for the event being hosted in May?

I may be attending depending on when I have finals.. Seems like a little early for the national meet? We'll see how things pan out.

Thanks Kumi!! I'm super duper excited for this year! Definitely make sure you get in on a caravan, that's the only sad part for me is no caravaning to NALM!

So we don't keep cluttering up this thread with attendance interest/locations and caravan routing info I started this:

Last year was July because there was a 3 day holiday weekend for Independence day, but we typically try to get it over Memorial Day holiday unless there is another 3 day weekend during summer. I know this had been a point of concern for the students among us in the past, but hopefully you can work out the schedule and still make it.

I'm all in. Google maps tells me I'm 19 hours away at 1167 miles. This will be a much easier trip than NALM 08 for me as it logically breaks down into 2 days of travel. As a bonus, it seems I'll get to be doing something I love through my birthday... driving!

I think OEM is the best look. I just don't happen to think any of the various arrangements of OEM got it exactly right all at once

We're making arrangements to have local and capable mechanics within reach/on call should the worst occur. This past year, one member was having issues on the way to the meet and we called ahead to another member on the way and had a part picked up from the dealer.
