SE Caravan to NALM '08

Anyone in Florida/S. Georgia interested in meeting up somewhere in Valdosta, GA and running up to the meet together?

This serves two purposes.

#1: It's just plain out fun! (Pictures, video and rowdy pit stops)

#2: Safety and security. (God forbid if one of us breaks down! *Most likely me!*)

Y'all will be going through Atlanta and I know there'll be a few of us from here that plan on going. I know Blingting, Joe, Joey and myself are going, maybe even more? I'm sure if you guys came through early enough we could all caravan together.

I just talked to Joe last night, and my family and I will overnight at his place. That way I'll be caravaning with the ATL crew the next day. I-75 and/or Valdosta is about 3 hours east of me and a bit out of the way for me.

I would like to recomend an Atlanta meeting spot. The US Play on Barrett Pkwy is a great spot. They have a large parking lot 1 light from the interstate. They also have a restaurant inside and gas next door. Chattanooga is just over a 1 hour drive from here.

Ok how about this. All the FL people meet in Valdosta and roll to Atlanta. In ATL we will meet up with everyone else and roll on up to the meet.

I know we have 4 or 5 cars going (including mine) but we prolly won't go til early Saturday morning. Not sure when Joe, joey, blingy, drew, peacock, etc are going up but a caravan sounds good to me. Anyone going up on Saturday hit me on PM and we'll plan.

Chattanooga is rock'n with more than enough to keep the kids entertained, and actually for cheap. There are 3 seperate free concerts on Thur, Fri, & Sat. The Lookout Mountain package, Incline RR, Rock City, Ruby Falls, is a good deal. You can even add the TN Aquarium and the Creative Discovery Museum for a better deal. Then add the free electric busses for everything but Lookout Mtn. and they can get around for cheap.

The biggest reason I care is because Friday is the Group Dinner. This is one of the few events I will attend the whole weekend. I want to see you there!

Doubt I'm bringin the kids. Maybe the wife (doubt that too). I'll try to make the dinner. We'll see what schedules looklike. You better come to more than the damn dinner tho!
