Hey everybody, believe or not the domain name Acura-Integra.com was not registered so I bought it up. What do you guys think I should do with it?

wow i'm pretty surprised that some enthusiast hasnt snatched that thing up... well for me at least i would either develop it into a good site about acura integras or give that name to someone for the fair price... cyber squatting i.e. taking up a domain name and trying to sell it later on for loads of money isnt cool. besides, it's for the love of the car, and not for the profits that you would do it. just my two cents

Exactly.

I know a guy, they call him the "Domain King".

He had a vision in the early 90's.

He bought many, many, many domain names before most of the world even knew about the internet.

Today, he is a multi-millionaire.

hehe... i mean it's legit by any means, but i guess it's up to the individual

if it's something like *insert-name-of-future-giant-conglomerate-here*.com i can see the potential... but for some car enthusiasts? i just see more backlash and private repercussions (angry emails and stuff) than anyone going in to buy the domain off of you.

buy it,....build it up (make a forum, like here)....show everyone it has potential....then sell it when its @ its prime....

My friend and I thought of building up it as a form site like this one but there are already a ton of acura\honda forum site. We want to do somthing different. If all else fails e-bay is an option as well as a well nice forum site.

That's what it's all about!! That is what happened with most big domain names....some punk bought them up, the company wanted it....they paid loads of money....everyone got what they wanted, everyone is happy. It is legit in every way in my eyes.

I have thought about that. Building up a good forum site with phpBB2. See I run my own hosting bussiness and I would allow my members to post, with attachmets of pictures and videos. I would also not put a limt on how much they could upload because that would make that forum different. Post your own pictures with out worries.

Hey guys well i took PerzianKabob's advice and built it up to be kind of sorta like this place. If any of you have Integra's go ahead and start posting on it. We allow all images to be hosted ON site. So no using image station. Right now we have no quotas on disk space and do not plan to in the future. So go ahead and post pics and start discussing about your integra. Also we are open for suggestions in the suggestion form. Thanks.
