Car 1: why?

themore i think about it, the less i believe there will be a license acquired for the Legend. There's more than enough reason to have had the car in the game. Hell they included the RL and integra and other cars. The Legend though has gone through some serious licensing issues. With the car's shape being licensed back to Daewoo up to 2000, it's not as easy as just asking honda, they have to ask Daewoo, and if Daewoo wants it in as an Arcadia, then you have a lesser performing car . defeats the purpose.

Maybe get Acura of America to sign off on it since they didn't have anything to do with the Arcadia...then you get the 6spd part of the car.

Again, it's also going to be hard finding a car in well enough condition to model too...

WOW, I did not know about that Daewoo thing. OMG its crazy, looks just like the Legend, or does the Legend looks just like the Arcadia. I wonder what the badging looked like on the back of the 89 coupes. There's plenty of good models. Video game industries have millions of dollars to invest and search for one. If they wanted it that bad, it would be in there. They choose the oddest cars. However us Legend enthusiast only make up a VERY small percentage as compared to say, Pontiac G6 fans? Go figure. Maybe if all of us at A-L.com showed up at a race track with Turn 10 there, and showed them Legends are nothing to be laughed at, they'll put us in. 90 Coupe LS and 93 Type IIs. Then you can do swaps, with say a 3.5L or whatever. I'd prefer to drive my coupe to a Corvette. Yea its like 4.3 or whatever, but at least Legends are comfortable when they're going fast.

i dont believe the Arcadia had a G1 model. I think they started off with the resemblence of the G2.

Do a search for Daewoo Arcadia. Looks like a G2 with Daewoo badges and Arcadia where Legend would be.

I've imagined what kind of car a legend would be in a game like need for speed most wanted. I concluded it would be the car you buy right after the chevy cobalt. Slooooow. Then again, through the game lets you drop in 3 different engines and an ass load of other parts. I could see the legend doing 210MPH by the end of the game. After all, its not Need For Speed unless the chevy cobalt has a good chance of beating the porsche GT by the end of the game. You'd go from the type II engine to the NSX engine, to a small block V8 and then of course theres the turbo charging and the nitrus... I guess it wouldn't be so bad. But it wouldn't be the car general people would stare at rotating on the show floor in game saving up to buy.

I think you guys are dreaming.

I think OEM is the best look. I just don't happen to think any of the various arrangements of OEM got it exactly right all at once

For some reason, I can't even think of what forza is. It sounds familiar but I've definitely never played it and I can't think of what it looks like. I'm usually on top of games. Is it a console exclusive or something?

Thats a bold statement. I just checked it out on IGN. Looks decent but not nearly enough to make me run out and get a 360. Are you sure this isn't the "gran tourismo alternative". Being an xbox exclusive makes me suspicious. The big hits that are great fun to play are usually multi-platform.
