I usually wouldn't do something like this but, I have my reasons.

EDIT: If anyone knows this guy or has his phone number please PM me. Does anyone live near him?

Well over a week ago, I discussed purchasing an OEM KA7 Spoiler off "koolkid". Well after receiving pictures via e-mail I went ahead and sealed the deal. I mailed him an M.O. after he gave me his address. Ever since then, I haven't heard a word from the guy. I've PM'd him and e-mailed him a couple times now. I've also noticed that he's been "active" on the forums the past two days now, which makes me wonder why he doesn't respond to my messages.

I'm not trying to give this guy a bad rep but I really need some sort of indication that this deal is still going as planned.

Has anyone else done business with or even talked to him before?

I don't want to be mean but it's been nearly a week now with no response.

ive dealt with him before, i bought a PS2 with some games and a 360 controller from him awhile back. I received them, not super fast, but not super late either, it was sufficient time. If i remember quickly, i believe hes in the army or navy. Hes in some sort of military branch.

I would be patient, how long has it been since you sent the MO?

I can understand being a little behind on shipping stuff out, especially considering the busy lives most of us lead, but he should have the decency to man up and respond to your contact attempts... Hope he chimes in and straightens this out. I hate seeing how common these threads are becoming

i feel ya man, i think hes getting to it, i would imagine it would be difficult to get a spoiler mailed out, its not like it can go in the overnight drop box at UPS ya know? haha.

I wouldnt worry too much, but i agree a response would be very helpful, best thing for internet sales is communication. Anyone selling something needs to know that first

Im actually buying something from him too. Its not that much money but he has been responding to me, he is a cool dude though, he helped me out with some trouble I had a while ago. Give him time, getting a box for the spoiler is a little hectic.

You sent him the money, if he doesn't send you the shit then it's HIS bad. He needs to refund you or send you the goods, at the very least he needs to give you an explanation or an excuse, but I have never had more than a few days in a row when I couldn't ship something out. If there are special circumstances, you let people know BEFORE they send you the fucking money, and if things arise after they send you money then you offer them a refund or at the very least keep them informed. That is BULLSHIT, he should be sending that shit right now. Be understanding but do not be a fucking doormat--learn when to draw the line.

i have a method of shipping (box or other item) already planned before i even attempt to list something for sale. if not then things like this happen. ^^^Thats how I feel man, Every time I plan on selling something it's usually ready to be boxed up and ready to go within 24 hours of someone making a purchase. If I know I'm going to be late I at least let the buyer know ahead of time.

Damn, I wish I had read your thread sooner cuz I was having the same problem with him over the same spoiler! Then magically the spoiler appeared on my doorstep after a little back and forth! The guy is obviously straight up otherwise I wouldnt have a spoiler. OTOH, you still don't have your MO back so you should keep on him until you get that back. I do believe he will get back with you considering he has sold things to many of us and if he was gonna screw somebody it would have been me cuz I'm brand new to this forum and to the (now) almighty Legend! I would say just hang in there boss!
