Bought an SUV, How do you know when it's time to sell the Legend?

I purchased an 03 Trailblazer LS EXT yesterday. Today I put 22" wheels on it.

The problem is that I have 4 cars but only a 2 car garage. I plan on adding to my house a 3rd garage.. But that still will leave one car outside. I thought about maybe renting a U-Store garage and putting one of my cars there, but I don't like the idea of having to drive some where to get into another car.. Decisions, Decisions, Decisions...

For now I think I am going to move the Legend from out of the garage to outside... In the back of my head, there is something that is telling me to sell it but I don't know if I can, because I have so much fun in it when I do drive it.

Hmmmm.....

I would garage a 95 Coupe before I garaged a Trailblazer.

rotate which one is garaged

nice wheels, but in my opinion, low profiles w/ that much gap looks weird, i see a lot of that around town, i guess there isn't much u can do about that cept get 26s

agreed, only because there are more trailblazers on the road then there are Legend coupes, especially as nice as yours.

In all truths, i would have stayed away from a trailblazer. We had to use them in drivers ed class for the test cars, and they werent very fuel efficient and they constantly had problems (brand new like 05, first day they had it, transmission would heat up and then slip.)

Yeah I don't get buying a) Trailblazer b) low profile tires on an SUV -- whats the point? Isn't that the equally strange converse of swapping MDX rims and tires onto an S2000? Isn't the point of an SUV to be able to go places cars cant? Therefore do not the low profile tires on the truck make it look like a poser-mobile?

Very nice garage and driveway. Wish I had the same.

Your 95 is too nice to leave it out. I have a 91 POS and I garage it.

I second that. Your coupe should be a long term car, something you would hang onto. The Trailblazer doesn't seem like the kind of vehicle you'd keep for 10+ years. Not to knock your purchase, but I think you'd regret it in the long run if you sold the Legend to provide space for the Trailblazer.

i'd have to agree on garaging the legend over the trailblazer. i do like teh wheels though. nothing wrong with lower profile tires on a truck. i had 275/45rz20s on my durango, and i was able to go in the mud with ease, and it performed better and looked better.

Actually I could lower it. But I don't think I will. It is a truck isnt it?? I always thought that it's ok for truck to have large amount of gap.. I know a couple of people who have put lift kits on SUV's.. Now that is some serious gappage..

Who said I bought it to go places cars can't? I didn't buy it to go off road. I bought this truck because I needed a vehicle to carry more cargo than an car can. This will be more like a work truck for me. For the price and the amount of cargo space no other suv comes close. I got it for a really really realy good price.

As of right now, my "Diamond in the Rough" is my 65 vert... not my 95 coupe.. But I know that if I can hold on to my coupe for another 30 years, it will really be worth something.. So that is the problem... If I get rid of it, I am basically throwing away thousands of dollars due to the potential of what it could be worth 30 years from now...

Nice TrailBlazer. IMO I woulda gone for 26s, less gap more bling... but hey, thats just me. I like the way they look, just a bit too small for my taste. Then again, its your suv... if you like it, thats all that counts.

You know that there are 2 versions of the Trailblazer.. the small one that seats 5 people, then the extended version that sits 7 people.. I have the extended version, When all the seats are folded down, there is a lot of space (for the price)...
