can someone help, I got link problems

You know how you click on a link and it takes you to a site? I see that some people change that site into a word or words like click here for link How do you do that?

For example: If I wanted you to click on click here but for this site http://www.Acura-Legend.com/ how would I do it??

can anyone help?
