i now this sounds weird but, some 1 cut my cats eye brows off. will they grow back? does it affect them if there are cut? thnx!

What eyebrows? Are you talking about the three "whisker" like hairs above the eyes? If so, I believe they do grow back eventually (but much, much slower than fur). Best to call a vet and verify this for free over the phone! Who the feck cut them off?!?!?!

My parent's cat had a similar self-inflicted condition, she sniffed a lit candle. They grow back.

Ok, now that I have gained my composure. Cat's don't have eyebrows

they do have whiskers up there and they will grow back. Also, they won't get off balance if you cut their whiskers off, trust me, I tried it when I was a kid. I also worked as a vet tech for almost 7 years. They use their whiskers to measure spaces, so they will know if they can fit through kind of like feelers.
