also if you use photobucket, you can use the edit feature and thru that you can resize the image.

actually if youre using XP, the easiest way is to download the Image Resizer powertoy

allows you to resize any image with either a chosen set of dimensions, or use your own custom dimensions.

If youre not gonna be doing any actual image editing/manipulation, and all you need to do is resize the image instead of installing an entire photo editing program, this is the easiest thing to use.

Once its on, just right click any image file, and choose "resize image" (or something like that...cant remember what it says verbatim )
