Something else is up, if I was in her position I wouldn't be getting so many continuances, because it's just giving the cops more time to build a case, unless she's got some sort of trump card up her sleeve. When you get hold of her ask some clear questions about where she's planning to go with this case and her defense plan.

it def buys you some time to get shiet straight with the lawyer and make sure you keep outta the pen!

You prob waived time and she request disc...so the matter was continued to Oct. It happens all the time and its not an indication of anything either way.

Time is a luxury when it comes to your freedom.

I wouldn't necessary say the cops are trying to build up their case to jack you either. I think they have bigger fish to fry.

Just don't go to the drug house in the meantime.

Elections are coming up in Nov, and towards election time, a lot of the sitting judges want to prove their mettle to the public, which could put you out in a bad way. "I put xxxx number of criminals away".....don't let yourself become a statistic. I would think that the closer election time gets, the more vulnerable you are.
