where did the late internet "lingo" come from? (ex: Oh Hai, Interwebz, teh instead of the, I can haz...., etc..)

how did all this start?

One person makes a joke and a few people spread the joke around then the joke makes it on youtube and becomes widely popular. Its a big circle. Its like the guy that starts the wave in a sports arena. They get no credit but everybody enjoys the fruits of his work.

I think OEM is the best look. I just don't happen to think any of the various arrangements of OEM got it exactly right all at once
