Cool tread

So this is the place to ask about the engine, I guess?

Anyone have a wire diagram?

Is it possible to remove AGR valve with it,s componet's, without disturbing the rest?

Any vacum tube's that I can remove?

I used this engine because it's the best engine for the money, Honda makes the best. I think the car is from US to. Anyone have a 3.2liter to donate

the 3.2 you might be able to find no problem. several members have swapped out the bigger 3.5 in place of their 3.2 engine. however, they are not transverse mounted like your current 2.5 engine. dont know if that will be a problem.

haha, i think you HAVE come to the right place to ask about the engine, lol!

as others have pointed out, the C25 like yours and C32/35 are slightly different in that the C32/5 is not a transverse motor, its gonna drastically effect your setup, i bet nothing that you can't redesign if needed (in your rig that is).

I haven't checked your thread in a while, whats the connect update on the progress??

It'd be interesting if I had millions of dollars in assets.

About the vacuum tubes there's only one I can think of that's removing his vacuum hoses. But he has a completely aftermarket ecu if I remember correctly, and he's installing a turbo, username Legend89chopped.

It looks like you have used a 4 link suspension. Your welds are amazing. Why did you switch from square to round frame rails out back? I noticed the radiator brackets.

I am not trying to give you a hard time. I truely appreciate your work here and just want to ask some questions.

Oh yeah, Nice shop dog!

Thank you, no reason, just got the idea, I have no drawings or plans just building, thought it was cool at the time. Easy to mount the body on square tube, easy to bend round tube

I hear you on bending square rails!

How are you working the angle of the drive shaft that goes to the rear axle, aka rear pinion angle? That angle is way beyond anything a Legend axle was made for.

This is really cool, I'd never have thought to use a FWD diff as a center diff

Kudos to Nitteburg, although I guess it would be a bit of a pain to rig up a manual transmission...

This is actually very common in custom buggies. Basically the FWD Differential becomes the transfer case. This puts the engine in the ideal position and replaces many parts that weigh much more than a FWD Trans & Diff. It is only recomended for light vehicles because you really can not improve the axle strengh much. That Diff is desigend to spin 2 wheels, not 4.
