i've only played the prologe which is sweet as is.

my friend's roommate just bought the new ps2. that thing is crazy small if you've never seen it in person, it's about the size of a vhs cassette, and about half the height.

i think im gonna have to smash the piggybank.. gts my fav game but i havent really had a chance to sit down and play gt3 so it will be a jump from gt2 to gt4.. cant wait

The release date got pushed back. hey i also heard you can transfer the money you had on GT3 to GT4. Can't transfer cars but u can transfer money. I hope that's true, cuz i hate starting with crap car.

yea it does...it wasnt bad enough for Sony to recall them all, but its damn sure hindering the sales of them lol

and if they have the Honda City and even one of the old beat up Volvos, they BETTER have a Legend in here...

I bought a japanese playstation 2 just for GT4 (and a couple other import games). I picked up the new Slim PS2 Racing Pack from Japanvideogames.com the game is freaking sweet. Too bad they couldn't put Legend's in the game. They took out some of the features from GT3 like being able to choose rims no more oil change and car wash (unless i missed something) you have to pay money to test your car out on a track too.

They also added a feature where you can tune your car with parts from after market companies like HKS, Mines, Blitz, RE etc... only thing its the same as if you were to buy parts from Nismo, Mugen etc.. I guess it gives the player satisfaction that they got a turbo upgrade from HKS. You'll also see high powered cars backfire on the track

yeh bummer they dont have the legend.. the need to bring out a separate car garage cd that contains heaps ofother cars and their characteristics that you can add to your existing options.. and an extra track cd too... oh and the city isnt a pos crap car.. it had its own form of revolutionising the car industry with its 28deg advanace 13psi boost and 110hp 1.2ltr cvcc engine in 83! all designed by mugen.. as fast if not faster than the legend
