My goodness, i just want to say, i love target now. ALOT! Story:

I wanted to get an xbox 360 and havent had any luck finding one until today. My mom was told by target they were going to get a few in this week, well they werent kidding! I know im going to get flamed for going with a microsoft product, but i like the xbox, only because ive had my xbox about the same length ive had my ps2, and my ps2 crapped out, so anyway. My dad and I get to Target at 7:30, only one guy waiting. He asks what we are waiting for, which he is waiting for the 360 also. Funny thing, we are the only two people in the lobby (total of about 6) who were there for the 360 (they had gotten like 10). So 5 minutes until open, the manager comes and unlocks to doors, first thing he says is "Please, walk". As i get to the electronics counter, there are 3 boxes already out waiting for someone to pick one up. The lady behind the counter instantly says " How many would you like?" Well the guy there before is older, like 25-27 ish, and boy, he was excited, but so was I. "Save 10% on this purchase if you sign up for a target card" were one of the "Oh, so magical words" said today. So my dad and i get one (only one, we arent greedy) and me being as happy as a giddy little school girl i found myself restraining from skipping back to the car (either that or the box was so damn heavy, i couldnt get my feet off the ground). So I got home and then tried it out, made everything was in working order and there, yup! Its a keeper.

Well thought i would share my experience in this joyous occasion, anyone else have any stories about when they went a found something that was really hard to find?

wow... at the local best buy near where i live... they started lining up at 2 in the afternoon...maybe even earlier, the day before...

its was crazy. the line wrapped all the way around to the back of the building when i passed by to get to work the next day.

When people lined outside my store in 15 degrees temperature all i did was shake my head at them. When we told them they could do a pre order the week before they said no bc they will go else where. Ha fkn morons, i got mine for free and didn't have to wait outside like a moron. If the temperature is over 60 i would stay outside, but these peeps are weird.
