I was sitting in my office late the other night (about 3am). My brother and I co-own an IT / graphic studio so I was hanging out there. It was raining and I guess some d*ck decided that, while he was drunk it'd be a good idea to drive underneath my car. No joke, his Civic was underneath the back of my Legend.

It was really.. Interesting to see that - See I heard the smash then I walked out there and my car was like 3 feet in the air. The funny part is the idiot backed out (had a lot of trouble as his car kept stalling) and drove away. Didn't get the license plate, but fortunately after I called the cops they went out looking and apparently a local reported 'suspicious activity' in a parking lot, which ended up being the guy.







I guess it could've been worse but I guarentee it's totalled being an older Legend. Sucks cause I put all kinds of new parts into that thing and I was getting ready to fix all of the rust and repaint it. He pushed the thing so hard (speed limit there is 25) that it put my heavy car onto the sidewalk and pushed that parking meter in over completely.

Anyone else ever been in a similar situation? How did it resolve if so? The police are taking forever to get the report, which I need to file insurance stuff. I don't know what to get next either.

Yeah, I tried to file the claim but Geico needs the police report, which even though I've called the police station every day since to try and get, they still have not finished.

If I get enough from the insurance I might try to find some more money and get a G2. We'll see..

On a side note, the Civic definitely lost that round. Short of the rear left wheel being bent into the body, everything works on the car. His car though...
