Never said otherwise Alex. I just stated that it generally is more trouble than its worth with time and money to fight for something like this. Don't get me wrong I would love for justice to be served. And I will be contacting Seattle Police Department at some point today.

From their web page, you can email everyone on his team/league... I have no idea why you'd want to do that though... hmmm.
