Wouldnt what he did be considered Interstate fraud and mail fraud (using the postal system to commit a crime). I am sure if it was pressed enough maybe. I mean they caught this jeweler in manhattan using ebay to scam buyers (shill bidding I think it is called) - big fine and I think a little time (I am not sure about that last one).
