Just saw the movie yesterday. It was pretty cool. It got me thinkin about how people perceive me. I was so inspired by it that that same night I went out with my buddy and ran 1.5 miles. I did it today too. Not like I'm ever going to fight like that. I was just wondering if you guys run at all? Or your work out method?

i ride downhill mountain bikes. the exercise is the hike up the hill pushing a 45 lb bike.

In the winter I snowboard like it's my job and snowmobile like a madman .

In the summer, I usually just chase down medium sized children to molest. That usually keeps me in shape along with my drug of choice, Skateboarding.

In my recent past I raced in XC Mountain Bike races. The last few years, I have run a lot and do a handful of 5K's and a 15K race every fall. I also ride road bikes often and do an annual Duathlon (run-bike-run).
