Anyway, let's keep this thread civil, please.
Thanks
I know plenty of people who drive bimmers and are down to earth, I'd like one myself. But there are a lot of cocky bastards in the community, just the type of people who will value someone's opinion on the car they drive.

My apologies for the e-drama, sometimes it's hard for me to clam up when I see a grown man acting so immature.

I have placed an order with autogeek for a bunch of Cobra microfibers and some new wax. Will post pics when she's all done up. Probably get to do the ol' 6 hour clean - clay - wax (synthetic) - wax (natural) - shine deal this coming weekend.

The ZHP puts out 235hp vs. 225hp. Not much of a difference - but the redline rises by 300, the top speed limiter is moved out to 155mph and the car has a stiffer suspension than the sport package. I've pegged it at redline everyday thus far this previous week going to work, but am going to back off -- heard the Vanos gives issues down the road with continuous redlining. My Legend is pushing 190K, gone through a Boston winter now, and still going strong.

It's alot of fun -- but no Legend. My Legend was my first car and I still plan to own a 6-spd coupe as a project car someday down the road.

Your showing on the first page of this thread refutes any statements you make regarding my maturity. Thanks for playing.

I see no immaturity on the first page except you misinterpreting some banter (clearly denoted with a smiley face, no less) as hate. Then I see you insulting people's intelligence because they are curious which transmission you opted for.

You must post pics. I am sure you won't have any problems. I am just wondering what people will say when I post my thread about an LSx swap into my e39

What are you replacing? Hopefully not an M62...

LSx into E36 is more appealing to me since they never came with an 8...

As you know, I have neither anymore. I got rid of both (and it was an AMV8, not a DB9 -- can't afford the DB9) and got on the R waiting list. In two years (and counting), I won't post pics.

Because I refuse to appease you in any way, here is a picture of my *other* car. I photoshopped out my house and made it look a bit more shiny:

Why must you lie to me?

And of all the people to appease, I would think I am at the top of the list.
