porsche for a day

hey guys so tomorrow is my 26th bday. my girlfriend surprised me with the most amazing gift. she rented me a black on black 6spd porsche carerra convertible for a day. i have been driving around town for the last 5 hours. i will post pics up later. my friends are now throwing me a surprise party (i have to act surprised, lol)... this has been the most amazing day ever... i will be really sad when i have to give back the keys tomorrow and go back to my tl-s...

We almost did something similiar for my dad once with a Corvette. He ended up buying one the day before that B-day. Good thing the rental place ran out of Vettes.

no i didn't crash into the cement block... lol... she got a good deal on it since she knows the owner of the rental place. she got it for around $400 i think with taxes and everything... usually it is for $800. i think the fastest i went in it was 90-95. there is a lot of traffic everywhere here so i never really had an opportunity to go fast. i only could drive fast at night when there was not really any cars on the road.
