Tanning salon membership.

Got my first tanning salon membership yesterday. Wow, those beds kick a$$

. It sure gets warm inside one of those things, but it feels great. No more pasty white winter skin for me

. Anyone else pay for their tanning?

I'm comfortable with my skin color and also don't need that compromising my health.

I did it once... because my friend had a coupon for it, and I was curious. I have a decent skin tone, so I just make a point to lay out a couple times during the spring and summer. I see so many over-baked young people (mostly girls of course), and I can't help but to wonder if they are going to end up with skin cancer when they are 30. After a person gets so much darker than they obviously used to be, it's almost as bad as not having a tan at all.

All my co-workers including males go tanning salons. I personally have never gone. I am dark as it is - lol. If I want a tan, I just take a drive in my tank top and shorts.
