im gonna be honest with you. it looks like he is lip singing. The sound of his voice doesnt match up with how he looks.

mute the first clip until the music drops, the ambient noise and random clicking that happens with setting stuff down takes away from the professionalism. If you muted it, and maybe through in a sound effect of keys being put on the table. it would give it a better feel.
More outside clips of not just him. It makes the video drag on, it was only 2:52 but it felt like 5 minutes. Maybe shoot in some different locations for different verses. Just have him singing in different places. Instead of in a bed, your not shooting a porno. haha
Maybe, have him, instead of just coming in from the night, getting ready to go out. think about the possibilities man, rolling car shots, industrial settings. I always say, "Plan big, and adapt accordingly"
also, find a better pad. looks like homie is living in a closet. haha
with a few tweaks you can have something good on your hands. the editing is good, just needs to be mixed up. I say have a reshoot with him.
