my old roomate was 312lbs (6') and pretty low body fat at one point. he was taking in about 10k cals a day, and his thighs were as big around as watermelons.

he's still friggin scary at 230lbs and 8% body fat or so. good luck with that 5%, that's going to be toouugghhh to achieve.

i'm about 165lbs at the moment, 6' and low body fat. i'd be hitting the gym and eating like a beast except that i have a broken wrist, torn up knee and sprained ankle.

I'm down to 180 @6'1" from 207 at the beginning of the summer.
its nice and not nice at the same time when all my jeans don't fit anymore.

i need to lose weight too, 6'6 240lbs. but i dont show it. ask people who have seen me in person. i want to get down to 220 or 225 with muscle. gotta get rid of the gut

Probably because that's not really overweight. I've got a good buddy who's 6'5 or so and ~230lbs. He says he wants to get skinny so people will love him, but he could probably rip most people apart if he wanted to. He's not in bad shape.

Funny, amongst most of the people I hang out with I feel skinny (as in weak), but in Santa Barbara terms I'm actually decently built.
