From what I heard these things are in a lot of places in Cali and just all over the west coast for that matter. What does it feel like to drive on a road and suddenly see that it goes through a field of those for the first time?

^its pretty cool. its more fun seeing pieces on a truck bed. the cowling that covers the generator thing is bigger than a cargo van. if that tells you how big they get
this is a common site for me. and those are the smaller ones

Man I couldn't do it. It was tough for me to walk next to those 250ft tall telephone poles as a kid and I grew up about a block away from a few of them. LOL These things are not only bigger but they move. But I do admire their engineering and they are pretty interesting, and every phobia needs to be put in check sooner or later.

Yeah, those are little. We have a bunch of them in oklahoma and i see them when i drive through west texas. This is the first i have heard of a malfunction like that. Generally they are very safe. Clean electricity ftw. At least it makes use of the never ending wind we have here.

At first I thought I would take 5 minutes trying to figure out what that was short for but I got it immediately and couldn't stop laughing.

I think OEM is the best look. I just don't happen to think any of the various arrangements of OEM got it exactly right all at once
