worse year ever

this year suks for me. My life is on a downward spin straight to hell.
Everything was going good until my sister used my name & the company i was working for to order stuff and didnt pay for it, i lost my job, i was pissed! now she did it again with my my new jobs name. I lost my brokers license, lost my jobs, and cant find another one cause of it. mortgage payment is running behind too. I figured i could always charge it onto my credit card and well work on paying that, but NO! Come to find out my credit card balance on both was a whoping balance of over 22 grand. seems like she used it all up, AND IN 1 MONTH!!!!!!!! Now i dont even have enough money for gas in my car.... Yet she has no remorse for it... Im ed! i hate this, i'd be happy if i could get a regular job, but i still cant... i hate that skank!

Feels good to actually let it out, if i kept this in, who knows what i would've done

BTW-the most recent job that my sister used, now FILING CHARGES, Im Screwed...

Man David sorry to hear about your year so far...unfortunately sometimes those that we love the most we tend to treat the worst...that sucks ass that she would do this to you not once but on two separate occasions as well as screwing you over on your credit cards!!

It would suck to have to take her to Civil Court, but at this point what else could you do?

Also...I dont know what kind of education you have but it sounds like youve gone pretty far to have aquired a Broker's License, BUT when times get tough man, sometimes youve just got to suck it up and get whatever kinda job you can just to get SOME kind of income...often more than one job...dont sweat that part though man we've all been there before and we are here for you now...remember that the tough times bring out the good times...you cant enjoy the sweet without the sour...things are looking down but will soon swing back up...just keep your head and your vision up as you feel yourself sinking down...

Man that really sux! My cousine screwed me out of about $5k, and my old roomate left me with over $4,500 to pay off. Live and learn is what I do. I am about to sue my cousin for $2k, since that is all I can prove. Sue her man. You might not get your money, but the case being settled and proven to be the responsibility of another person should help your employment situation.

I'm a calm dude. But once you violate and overstep your boundaries, you're basically setting yourself up for failure.

I let my sister borrow 2k about 4 yrs ago (she paid me like 450 in the first 3 months and $0 ever since). I had to take out a loan to actually lend her the money. I got a 4k loan and paid off 4900 (w/ interest). Guess what. She doesnt owe me 1550 anymore. She owes me 1550 + 900 of the interest.

This was nearly 4 yrs ago.

Basically, you gotta learn how to cut certain people off.
And if there's info they know that can hurt you, change that .

You need to get everything that she owns - steal it if you have to, and use the money to pay for a lawyer. Sue her ass. There is nothing else that is to be done - then, never speak to her again. That kind of carelessness means that she wouldn't even walk across the street to piss on you if you were on fire - total lack of respect.
