I just had to sit in a gun store for about 30 min. listening to a safety lecture and pay 30 bucks a year to get my concealed weapons permit. I don't carry it around on me unless I'm working. Since I spend a lot of time at rap shows and other related events, I keep it on me at those times! Too many shootings happen after these shows to not be protected. Mostly it stays unloaded and is used as an intimidation factor to break up fights and general madness! Were pretty smart about those situations and avoid them or bail before it ever needs to be pulled!
Haven't used it yet! Hope I NEVER have to!

What ever happened to the free love hippy movement?
Wish we could apply that to today's culture.

My big bitch bush gun. Inexpensive CVA Wolf .50 muzzle loader.

[IMG][/IMG]

At face value, it's a cheap gun- but after all the research I did pre-purchase, it's the most gun for the money. I added a Bushnell 3-9 x 30mm scope with blizzard pop-up caps for hunting in the fall. Haven't gotten anything besides paper with it so far, my only hunting weekend of the season brought down 10 inches of snow over night, so I got one good morning before the deer bedded down. Fuckers.

I've also got a winchester model 94 30-30 rifle at my future in-law's house. No pictures of that one yet, recently given to me over Christmas. Pre-1964, vertical ejection, iron sites only. Might mount a scout scope once I get it home, but having never used that style scope, might just keep it old school and use a peep sight.

Well, I had a camera and a few minutes. I'll chime in with my sidearms:

Taurus M627 Tracker 4" in .357 Mag, an Auto-Ord 1911 clone(def. not a high-end 1911, but I always wanted one and I managed to get it for a really good deal), and a FEG PA63 in 9x18mm.

Also, love the Romak, RangerJoe. If I could score one of those and a PSO-P scope, I'd be in heaven.

Gun laws are very different from state to state. Here, you can purchase as many guns of any kind that you want, but in places like Cali, you are limited to how many you can buy per month, plus waiting periods from the time you buy the gun until they actually give it to you.

If I were put in a situation where I needed to have/use one of my firearms then I need to reevaluate my lifestyle. No responsible gun owner should ever WANT to be in a situation where they might have to use their weapon.
if these laws are actually true, damn.... thats just asking for it..

I don't even hunt, none of us do (my bro, myself, and his roommates own that stack of guns)

We are members at a very nice gun club just outside of tulsa, so that's why we have the guns.

That...and for the zombie invasion.
