9 NSXs, 1 Murcielago, & a Legend

Last week I met up with the local NSX guys again. We met at a local indoor cart racing joint and then went to Dave & Busters for a late dinner all to welcome an NSX owner who was in town for a job interview. Said owner drives Zanardi NSX #11 which he did not bring to town, but #13 is pictured below. No drive this time, unless you count the indoor carts we ran in - which were a blast. These are electric powered and stick to the asphalt track like glue. They pull 2Gs in the turns and the tires were hot to the touch after racing. 0-40 in ~ 3seconds. You could smell the rubber. If we ever meet in St. Louis, this would be well worth the trip - www.grandprixspeedways.com. I was hard pressed to find any time to take pictures, so most of these are far from pro quality - composition and lighting were out the window. I didn't get a single shot of the carts... completely slipped my mind while I was qualifying for the turbo carts... which I did thank you very much

. Anyway, on with the photos. In addition to the aforementioned vehicles, there were a total of 25 of us. I didn't get pics of everyone's toy so I only posted up the fancy ones. I have High Resolution of each if anyone is interested. Just PM me.

Here we have Zanardi #13. One of only 50 made in 1999, one of which Alex Zanardi himself owns.

Since this girl came to us all the way from Italy, she gets her own post... I know, I know, the 355 was there too.. but hey, what can I say? I was a bit star struck with this one. :wink: I spent more time with these shots. Again, High Res are available and these are all cropped in a widescreen format in case you want them for wallpapers. Enjoy!

Yea I know.

Luckily I have a safety net that will prevent any premature NSXations. I call it my wallet. I prefer to think of myself to be on the 10 year plan and I'm going to learn all I can in the mean time.

This looks identical to what we did.. same neck braces etc.. you will have fun.. Ours is a bit pricey at $25 per race plus licence fees so I don't see myself going often. they are trying to get leagues started here too.

damn.. those are some very impressive rides .. i wouldnt mind having a NSX myself ... but we need more shots of the Legend! heheh .. looks like it was fun being able to see those exotic cars.. did you happen to ask any of those people for a test drive? haha
