Hurricane Isabella is wreaking havoc where I am. To pass the time I've been hanging out in my garage with my Legend, doing a major detailing job. It is looking so choice! Do you love your Legend as much as I do mine?
Here's a pic of the coupe getting some attention last summer Notice his "cousin" in the background.

Hope you're weathering the storm okay.
Where can I get one of those Meguiar's banners? Every garage should have one of those! I bet I'm every bit as anal about my Legend as you are about yours. My wheel wells are so clean that Gilbert (VegasGS) asked me at the Vegas meet if they were all new components under there. Nope, just 10 year old stuff shinin' like new! My friends and family are right when they say I have O.C.D. when it comes to my car . Maybe I should get a girlfriend and quit wasting so much time on the car........ naaah! |

Cruizin: The banner came straight from meguiars. I used to be in the detailing business and when I bought a big package of stuff from them they sent it to me. My fender wells are pretty fresh as well. Every time the car is washed I spray a surface cleaner in them and then pressure wash them. I recently read about somebody cleaning their engine and compartment. Shoot, I've sprayed my engine maybe three times since I've owned it and you could still eat off of it. I'm not as anal as I used to be but I'm still fairly meticulus. This car only saw rain three times in the first five years that I owned it. Later!! And thanks for the props mYbabYLeGend

Thanks for the props. Tomorrow is supposed to be a nice day outside. I'll try to get some fresh pics then (after I clean up the debris in my yard). I'm pretty much done with the detail job. Gotta finish the interior. Pics won't show you too much on the engine and interior. It's all stock (except for the head unit).
Someone offered to buy it from the pics online only the other day. Can't sell her at this point. The Civic Si will leave home with my son next year to college and my daughter will be driving soon after that and she's already got her eyes on the legend. I might have to get a new ride. I'll never find another G1 like mine so I might consider finding a nice G2 and have a go at that. Otherwise, I'm really starting to like the RSX. Of course an NSX would look great in my garage!!! ![]()

I love the lip on the rear end, and the rims on your G1!
I know how it feels babying the car...... It really makes me want to take my body kit off.....um maybe not:p . Keep it sharp, and if you do give it to your daughter.....all the guys will have their jaws . My sister drove my car and the guys got all excited when she rolled down her window. It's a funny sight to see after she burned them at the lights Cheers,

I love the mint body.
I'll take the Legend over the Si any day. P.S. You got to lower the GC's a bit more
