LOL you would need to activate it or it would lock you out after 30 days (man this causes issues) but that would make for a sweet setup you can still have a deck too you may just encounter space issues I am thinking (not hard though) about adding a deck where the ashtray and cig. lighter is (nah, no I'm not) and you could add an Xbox not sure how but you can. will PM you.

TV/FM Tuner card I was also looking at Newegg today and thought this would answer one of your questions about getting FM.$30.00

This and a SCSI card will probably be the next addition other than the USB in the center console compartment (like the idea of it being there more)

would it be possible to have a headunit along with a tv being used for a carputer?

Sure you could use a line in splitter and run your TV out of the Svideo and acctually your TV tuner card will run your TV and your audio card line in or as a Y splitter to your amp could run your head unit the real challenge is space we better discuss this in more detail when I am sober.

haha ight man, well thanks it gives me a better idea of what I need, I got a spare 3ghz intel desktop sitting around collecting dust and I think I'm going to take it and make it into a carpc

I certainly would (and did) piece of cake let me know what direction you go with the head unit I was thinking where the ashtray and cigerette lighter were (if I did decide to do it) but then decided it wasn't really necessary at the moment. I think I go t your email but have been gone all day so I will load it tomorrow.
