well i had to cut the hood portion of the bra in order to do it.. mine stays on all day everyday (cept when its wet out of course)

i'd say if its just to protect your front end on a long drive. cover the grill.. be kind of a bummer to have the front stay clean while your body colored surround takes the road damage.
