It was so stupid. My buddies in the s2000 were racing this new civic w/ factory kit, greddy exhaust, etc. Then I caught up next to them and smiled. Then these m-fers were flicking us off for no reason. The s2000 turned right at the next signal. I was next to the civic and he was blocking my way. I thought he was gonna go straight so I changed lane to make a right turn. Then all the sudden he braked, making me run into his rear bumper. Part of his bumper came off along with some scratches on the body panel. I didn't wanna risk getting a dui ticket(I did not drink much at all) and raise my insurance premiums. So I gave him $300 cuz technically it was my fault and didn't want anymore trouble. It would've been a different story if we were totally sober. It would've been us 7 guys against them 3. They were scared when we all got together. Then those guys gave 'oh it's cuz he's gotten into a fight w/ his gf so he was in a bad mood' excuse. That day was just a bad day.

Question eh?

Huh? If you turned into a lane and there was a car there IT WAS YOUR FAULT. No rationalizing and no technicalities involved, plain and simple.

Also, don't go around expecting a fight just cuz you got more friends with ya. If some guy crashed into my car and tried to blame it on me and his army of buddies started fronting I would be much more inclined to pull out mr. Glock G27 than if it were just him. Think with a cool head, not a dead one.

The work looks good. You say your dad's friend did it? Did he paint the whole bumper and side panel after he did the body work or did he just bang out the dings and paint that damaged section only? The latter is more difficult to do, but maybe cheaper? Either way it looks fine to me.

Hey man don't try to lecture me here. I'm not trying to say that it wasn't my fault at all. If I had any doubt in that I would've called the cops. I know it was my fault. I admit it was my fault what got us upset is why they flicked us off. I never even argued about the accident. Also I wasn't trying to pick a fight with them. I happened to be with more people then they were. It was one my buddies that wanted to do something but I held him back. When I got next to them b4 the accident my buddy in the passenger seat and I were being cool. We weren't laughing at them or anything. We were in a good mood until they started flicking us off. They're they ones who started shiznit. We could've easily done something but we didn't.
Oh yeah, we all could've had guns at that time. But we're not that stupid.

I would have chased them down, flipped their car and killed 'em all with a baseball bat. Actually, this happened a few years back in Az.......sorry about your car, it's one of those things that is technically your fault, but someone took advantage of that technicality and intentionally and knowing caused the accident. Nowadays, I always stay away from those f**kers in their little riced out Civics, seems most of these guys heads are up their arse.......

Sometimes people need lecturing and it sounded like you are one of them. I know in Cali it is looked down upon to actually have rights and protect yourself, but in other states people are permitted to protect themselves and in the case of Colorado and, more extremely, Texas, it is our duty as citizens. Franky I would be more affraid of assholes going around flipping cars off and possibily owning illegally. Anyway, who cares if they flip you off? There are many more things worth getting pissed about than some punkass kids flipping cars off. American kids are the dumbest I have seen, just ignore them.

You carry a gun to lay out people like takemorepills because they have more desire to kill people with baseball bats than they do to grow a brain. Ask me how effective a gun is when someone tries to bail on a hit and run. Makes em think twice.
