Ive got a question..Where did you get your fogs from and did you cut a hole in you fog light cover so that the light would poke through, or did they come like that?

I got the fogs from www.tirerack.com. And yes I had to cut the hole myself. I also got the OEM fog switch from the Acura dealer

I'll post some pictures on the light this weekend. During the week, when I get home, it's already dark so it has to wait until the weekend.
I'm using Hella wiring harness that came with the kit. It's insulated very well and attaches easily to the existing wire harneses with zip ties.

Wiring to OEM switch was very easy. I'll post pictures later but mean while here is what I did.
1. I cut off the crappy switch that came with the Hella fogs.
2. Put the wire through the hole in the firewall that I made a while ago.
3. Factory switch comes with a plug that has 3 different wires.
Those wires attach to the harness plug that has multiple wires and that already goes from your car into the fog light switch.
4. In theory the plug that has only 3 wires has to connect to the OEM fog harness but since I don't have that, I just cut off that plug and connected those three wires to the three wires that i brought from the engine bay.
I can tell you which wire is which later since I don't have my chart handy. But I think one of them is ground, another one is a wire from headlights that activates the relay and the third one is from the fog lights themselves ( i might be wrong)

I hope this helps. I'll post more pictures and info later.

Yes, I took off the bumper. It's not hard and it makes the installation super easy.
I also disassembled the inner part of the bumper after i took it off. It helped to drill a nicer hole for the fog light bracket.

What did you use to cut the holes? Do you have the exact measurements?

well, cutting those holes was the most difficult part of the install.
first i drilled small holes and then using soldering iron and a sharp knife worked my way out.
soldering iron is what makes the plastic edges smooth.

i don't have measurements. i had to estimate first and then adjust the hole little by little.

clean job - a few questions

That is a very clean fog install. Would you be so kind as to answer a few quick questions as I am considering fogs on my 95 sedan:

1) other than the fogs and the factory switch, were there any other factory components needed - wiring harness from the switch to panel, relays, wiring harness from pigtails to lights etc?

2) to gain the access to install them, what components did you need to remove - for example, did you have to remove the radiator or A/C condensor; just the bumper etc?

3) beginning to end, what kind of time did it take you? A day? 3 hours? 6 hours? a weekend?

4) Is the lamp adjustment made by loosening the bolts and moving the units or do they have screw adjustments? Did you have any problems adjusting them or do you see any future issues there? I am specifically wondering about access to that top nut.

5) last (and thank you in advance) Does the structural member you drilled to mount them carry any load where the hole might start stress cracks? It looks like the piece is a bumper mount but as I have not had my bumper off, I am not familar enough with the pieces to know if there are any issues with stress or loads on those parts.

Again - very clean job and nice looking car.
